U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days, while international orders generally take 7–12 business days, including handling and transit time.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after the 2:00 PM (CST) cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Yes. Alcody offers free exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a size, color, or eligible replacement.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already entered fulfillment.
